No. Digital downloads cannot be returned in the same manner as physical products. Please double-check your cart before moving forward with your purchase.

How will I receive my digital files?

You will receive an email with a download link after purchase. It is important that you input the correct email address when checking out. Please double-check that you have spelled your email correctly!

What iPad do I need to use?

It is recommended that you use an iPad model whose software is still being maintained by Apple for the best experience with digital planning. GSP uses an IPAD 14 Air.

Can I use an Android device?

While our digital planners are optimized for the iPad, you can still find success with importing and using digital planners on Android notetaking applications such as Noteshelf and Xodo.

Goodnotes also recently released the Android version of the application! However, iPad is still recommended for the best experience with our planners.
